Follow these steps to troubleshoot
Step 1: Make sure you add the ChatBlaze Extension
- This allows ChatBlaze to interact with your Facebook profile in your Chrome browser.
After ADDING or UPDATING the ChatBlaze extension, be sure to REFRESH your ChatBlaze browser to activate.
Step 2: Update Chrome
- Chrome releases new updates and browser fixes that affect many applications running on its browser
Go to Chrome Settings and click About Chrome to manually check for updates.
Step 3: Contact Support and show the pop-up Facebook tab
- When you click "Verify" you'll see a small Facebook pop-up tab open (this is ChatBlaze communicating with Facebook).
- Click on the pop-up tab and record a Loom screen-sharing video and send this our support team (inside the software or directly to support@chatblaze.ai) showing the steps you have taken.
